01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players who access or use the jileevo platform, whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access. By creating an account on jileevo, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them at all times during your use of the platform.

jileevo reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or via a notice posted prominently on the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jileevo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jileevo.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on jileevo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for real-money gambling under Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion from jileevo or from any PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of jileevo, its affiliated entities, or any game provider whose titles appear on the platform.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep that information current at all times.

You may register only one account on jileevo. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — will be treated as duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and any balances may be forfeited.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jileevo account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

jileevo will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to our support team.

You agree to notify jileevo immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. jileevo shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

• Account registration requires a valid email address that you own and control.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your contact email or payment method details.
• jileevo may suspend or restrict access to an account pending verification of identity or resolution of a dispute.
• Inactive accounts (no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ₱50 per month, applied against the remaining account balance.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jileevo supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jileevo does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your jileevo wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and account review. jileevo aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) business hour for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking business days. jileevo reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into the same jileevo account.
• jileevo reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, are flagged by fraud detection systems, or originate from accounts with unusual betting patterns.
• Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• jileevo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Funds must be returned to accounts owned and registered in your legal name.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jileevo offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. Players are responsible for reading the applicable bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.

General bonus rules that apply platform-wide unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded in bonus funds and must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings or the bonus itself can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%). Each promotion's terms will specify the applicable contribution table.
• jileevo reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated that they are stackable.
• Accounts found to be exploiting bonuses through arbitrage, collusion, or other forms of bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be subject to account closure.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on the jileevo platform — including but not limited to video slots, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, and sabong — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during gameplay, jileevo reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance. jileevo shall not be liable for any losses attributed to technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

• All games on jileevo use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to additional rules specific to the live gaming environment.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from recognized sports governing bodies. In the event of a dispute, jileevo's trading team decision is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• jileevo reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or series of related bets without prior notice.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jileevo platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the platform without direct human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer gaming format.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen financial credentials, or funding your account with proceeds from illegal activities.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform by using deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism for funds concealment.
• Exploiting technical errors, game bugs, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to gain access to the platform or to claim bonuses for which you are not eligible.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jileevo staff or other players through any communication channel.

jileevo cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine government agencies in the investigation of suspected illegal activity on the platform. Player accounts may be frozen pending investigation without prior notice where required by law or regulation.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the jileevo platform — including but not limited to the jileevo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jileevo or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jileevo platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any jileevo content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use jileevo's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on jileevo's proprietary content or platform design.

Any unauthorized use of jileevo's intellectual property may constitute a violation of Philippine intellectual property law and may result in civil or criminal liability.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jileevo's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jileevo account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jileevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical malfunctions beyond jileevo's reasonable control.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized third-party access caused by the player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Losses arising from internet service interruptions, power outages, or device failures on the player's side.
• Any reliance on promotional content, odds estimates, or gaming advice provided on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jileevo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted under Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

jileevo is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling on jileevo is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or addressing personal financial difficulties.

jileevo provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your jileevo account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders when you have been logged in and actively playing for a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jileevo platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration chosen and cannot be lifted early.

11 Account Closure

You may close your jileevo account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon a voluntary closure request, jileevo will process the remaining real-money balance in your account to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon account closure.

jileevo reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another Philippine authority.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.

Where jileevo closes an account due to a violation of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited, subject to jileevo's review of the specific circumstances. jileevo will apply its forfeiture decisions in a manner consistent with PAGCOR's player protection guidelines.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jileevo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — jileevo will endeavor to provide advance notice via email to all registered players at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the jileevo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their validity, breach, termination, or interpretation, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jileevo's support team to attempt an informal resolution. jileevo commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days and to working in good faith toward a fair resolution. Players may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR's Player Assistance and Complaints Unit where jileevo's regulatory oversight applies.
